Goldenrod Oil

Description

In our herbal apprenticeship, we discovered that infusing Goldenrod tops (flowers, leaves, and stems) into Olive oil produced a remarkable oil for sore and stiff muscles. When they ache from overuse or from lactic acid build-up after a work-out, muscles would usually feel relief within 2-3 minutes of continuous massage.

Note: We noticed that if Goldenrod oil is first used after a few days of soreness, the relief is noticed more immediately. When used to alleviate lactic acid build-up, continuous use is recommended (1-3x per day, until pain alleviates), rather than used one time only.

Ingredients: Fresh Goldenrod tops, Olive oil.
